A landmark celebration for a pillar of Swiss tradition

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the Interprofession du Gruyère (IPG) set out to bring its entire network together for a meaningful, festive, and unifying moment. To meet this ambition, LARMADA helmed the celebration by imagining and orchestrating two exceptional days at Espace Gruyère in Bulle. More than 1,200 guest – milk producers, cheesemakers, and affineurs – gathered each day to pay tribute to the richness, values, and challenges of this iconic pillar of the Swiss terroir.

Our course: a bespoke, immersive, and seamless event

For this ambitious expedition, LARMADA was entrusted with full command of the ship. From concept design to technical fine-tuning, including supplier coordination and guest logistics, our team deployed its full range of expertise to chart a smooth and memorable journey. The result: a carefully choreographed lunch show experience, tailored to the spirit and values of IPG.

Our mission

  • Creative event design: develop the overarching theme of both days, design a detailed program flow, and produce bespoke performances and entertainment
  • Project management: oversee global planning, coordinate teams and providers, and ensure smooth guest circulation to welcome every participant under optimal conditions
  • Technical solutions: provide sound, lighting, video capture, and live projection on a giant screen
  • Scenography & design: fully transform the venue with temporary builds and inviting decor tailored to each phase of the evening – from the apéritif to the seated lunch
  • Catering services: manage the entire food and beverage experience, from aperitifs to hot plated dinners, delivered with synchronized and flawless service

Challenges & achievements

One of the key challenges was managing large-scale logistics in a fixed venue with built-in constraints – particularly the service and flow of over 1,200 seated meals per evening. Seamless collaboration between technical crews, caterers, and performers was orchestrated down to the minute. Thanks to tight coordination and precise navigation, both days reached full capacity and unfolded without a hitch.

  • 2,500 guests over two days
  • Enthusiastic feedback from attendees, particularly regarding the atmosphere, entertainment, and food quality
  • A seamless, dynamic, and inviting staging
  • A tone that balanced festivity with institutional dignity, true to IPG’s identity
