To mark its 125th anniversary, André SA brought together clients and partners fora unique celebration. The goal: to showcase its rich history in a warm and lively setting, true to the spirit of this emblematic, family-run timber construction company. LARMADA designed and delivered a tailor-made evening, conceived as a moment of recognition, exchange, and shared pride.

Our mission

• Creative event design: overall concept development, venue selection, and production of bespoke entertainment in collaboration with celebrated comedians
• Project management: full project oversight, including scheduling, coordination of service providers, and management of extremely tight timelines
• Technical solutions: audio, lighting, video capture and broadcast, and scenic infrastructure
• Scénographie et design: full transformation of the venue, furniture and decor selection to create an elegant and welcoming ambiance
• Communication strategy: production of a commemorative video and an aftermovie
• Catering services: menu creation and execution of a cocktail dinner with live culinary animations

Challenges & achievements

The primary challenge was timing: less than 10 hours to convert an empty venue into a fully operational, welcoming, and technically equipped space. To meet this challenge, a true armada of professionals was deployed with precision and discipline. Thanks to a tightly choreographed operation, every element — from staging and lighting to artist rehearsals and signage — was installed without a hitch, right on schedule.
